Carbonized Rice Husk is the product of rice husks partially combusted under limited oxygen conditions. It appears as black granular charcoal, rich in minerals like potassium and silicon. Its porous structure makes it loose and airy. Our carbonised rice husk product is slightly alkaline, effectively improving soil structure, aeration, and water retention while supplying available potassium. Widely used in substrate mixes, it is often blended with acidic media like peat and coir to adjust pH. It is also a popular ingredient in succulent and orchid mixes and serves as a soil amendment, playing a key role in promoting sustainable and circular agriculture.
