Industry leading manufacturer of decorative gravel and garden products - Qianli Mining

Adhering to sustainable mining practices, Hebei Qianli Mining practices ecological landscaping concepts by using horticultural substrates and natural landscape stones

As the global landscape industry continues to raise its requirements for environmentally friendly supply chains, more and more overseas landscaping and real estate buyers are no longer solely focused on the appearance and cost of stone and horticultural substrate products, but are placing greater emphasis on the environmental friendliness of the entire raw material extraction and production chain. Leveraging our own mines and substrate processing plants, we implement sustainable mining and resource recycling across our two major product lines: natural landscape stone and horticultural substrates, creating a closed-loop green supply chain from mine to project site.

In the traditional natural landscape stone industry, extensive mining easily damages mountain vegetation and exposes the ground; while ordinary horticultural substrates often involve the large-scale extraction of native forest humus and peat, causing damage to wetland and forest ecosystems. Landscape design is meant to restore the beauty of nature, yet it burdens the environment at the raw material level. Addressing these industry pain points, we have established a development model that balances product quality and ecological protection.

Natural Landscape Stone: Responsible and Sustainable Mining

All our landscape stone raw material mines adhere to green mining standards, rejecting predatory excavation.

Limited mining boundaries to protect native topography: Strictly defined operating areas are demarcated before mining begins, preserving native vegetation, avoiding ecologically sensitive areas, and preventing arbitrary damage to surface soil and trees. Wire sawing static cutting technology is used to reduce blasting damage to the mountain structure and minimize dust and noise pollution.

Simultaneous ecological restoration during mining: Mining areas are restored through simultaneous mining and revegetation. Completed mining areas are immediately backfilled with soil and planted with native vegetation to restore surface ecology and reduce the risk of soil erosion.

Closed-loop resource utilization of scraps: Crushed stone, slag, and powder from stone processing are not disposed of in landfills. After screening and crushing, they are directly used as mineral raw materials for horticultural substrates, maximizing the utilization of mineral resources and significantly reducing solid waste emissions.

Horticultural substrates: Rejecting the plunder of native soil, following a circular and regenerative path.

Many horticultural substrates on the market over-exploit forest peat and native humus, irreversibly damaging wetland and forest ecosystems. Our horticultural substrate products adhere to the following principles:

* We do not mine native forest soil and peat resources, avoiding damage to wetland ecosystems;

* Our main raw materials come from renewable agricultural and forestry byproducts such as stone processing tailings, decomposed tree bark, and coconut coir, transforming industrial and agricultural waste into planting media, turning waste into treasure;

* Our formulas contain no harmful chemical additives, balancing breathability and water retention with balanced nutrients to meet the needs of landscaping, municipal greening, and potted plant cultivation.

* The crushed stone waste generated from mining is graded and screened, with some used to make landscape paving stones and some blended into horticultural substrates, truly achieving "one mine, two products, full utilization of resources."

Our Corporate Sustainability Philosophy

We firmly believe that the mission of the landscape industry is to create natural beauty, not to consume nature. Sustainable mining is not an added selling point, but the fundamental bottom line of our supply chain.

For upstream suppliers: We continuously manage our partner mines and conduct regular on-site audits of mining and revegetation implementation.

For products: We continuously optimize our horticultural substrate formulas to further reduce our reliance on non-renewable natural resources.

For clients: We can provide product sustainability traceability documentation for our engineering procurement clients, assisting them in completing project applications.

Conclusion:

The rugged texture of natural landscape stones and the nourishing power of horticultural substrates both originate from nature. We have a responsibility to develop resources in a more restrained and cyclical manner, ensuring that landscape projects "take from nature and give back to nature."
